- Generally hospitals have their own dictation machines and ftp sites. They have their whole
system of recording voice files, retrieving document files and sending it directly to their printers,
and the archiving of document files.
- In case of individual doctors, we provide them secure place on web to send their dictation, i.e ftp
site and assist them in the process. The most cheap and easy solution we recommend is buying
a digital recorder (dicta phone and SendIt software) for recording voice files.
